Services: I provide individual therapy services for adults, young adults and adolescents 14 years and older. In some cases I offer somatic-only services to individuals who have a primary therapist that does not specialize in a somatic approach, but believe a body-based therapy would benefit them. If this is the case, I will consult with your primary therapist to offer you a collaborative approach.
Fees: I offer 50 minute sessions for $175 and 80 minute sessions for $280. You may call my professional line at 805-669-8115.
Insurance: I am an out of network provider, meaning I am not in-network and do not accept HMO’s, but if you have a PPO you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. If you do have a PPO, I recommend you find out what your out of network deductible and reimbursement rate is for out of network providers. You can do so by logging onto your insurance account online or calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. I am happy to help you with this process, as it can often be daunting and confusing.
